We have partnered with a Leading women's Wellness Brand, based out of Santa Monica, LA, who are looking to add a key member to their strategy team.

The position is Senior Manager of Go-To-Market Strategy, and will be focused on defining the vision for the new product across marketing and sales channels and leading the organization in the successful execution of these launches.

• The Role: focused on developing consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong empathetic and strategic executions

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience with strategy and/or marketing at an elite program like management consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Exceptional communication, variations on styles, and awareness of different ways to communicate with audiences
• Strong collaboration with team members at all levels to ensure projects are effective and meet brand guidelines, compliance and overall project goals.
• Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
• Excitement for startups and building from the ground up
