I'm looking for a black-belt in product marketing. For this role, we need an ambitious operator who wants to take their marketing engine from V1 to V2, directly tied to revenue. You’ll begin with our core channels and progressively expand into new ones, driving efforts from inception to execution. This role reports directly to me!
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Lead the transition 1.0 to2.0, crafting new narratives, launch strategies, messaging, and positioning for our website revamp, highlighting our multi-signal, multi-channel signal orchestration platform.
- Oversee the go-to-market strategy and planning for regular product launches, collaborating with the demand generation team to ensure execution and measure impact (pipeline and revenue).
- Build email marketing systems in collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams to educate users on the technical aspects of our product, empowering Customer Success teams to drive expansion pipeline and adoption.
- Establish user research systems and repositories to understand customer attitudes, motivations, key use cases, and platform value, and use these insights to create persona matching and segmentation.
- Develop strategic assets like product pages, sales decks, and case studies to support Sales in securing high-stakes upmarket deals; maintain expert knowledge of competitors to articulate their core differentiation, aiding Demand Generation in SEM and performance marketing.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, adoption, and customer engagement data, identifying opportunities and making data-driven recommendations to inform the product and marketing roadmap.

This role is not for you if:
- You don’t already have a world-class mental model for how to run product marketing motion. Experience going from 1-10M ARR with a deep understanding of positioning in a highly competitive space are essential for this role.
- You aren’t able to operate with autonomy and execute campaign strategies from end to end. As one of our company's core operating principles, we prioritize ownership. We will provide clear ownership over a specific scope of work and trust you to own your work. You should be proactive and resourceful.
- You aren’t comfortable working with lots of numbers. You will need to own your numbers and report on them weekly with reliable data. While we have data resources to help get the numbers you need, it’s crucial that you design the best way to leverage data analysis for your decision-making.
