Our client, a company building large scale compute infrastructure for AI, is looking for a Data Center Construction Manager.They partner with top AI labs, governments and enterprises to unlock compute at speed, and treat customer outcomes as their own. This role owns day to day site execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds worldwide, orchestrating general contractors, trades and vendors to deliver safe, on schedule, on budget facilities that hit extreme power and cooling density targets. Base salary is $120,000 to $200,000 plus equity.Role & Responsibilities:- Build, maintain and execute integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning- Enforce the safety programme and drive a zero incident culture across all subcontractors- Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time- Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value and resource loading, issuing recovery plans when needed- Verify onsite QA/QC, material submittals, RFI and change order processes- Manage construction contracts from award through closeout, and lead development of scopes of work for critical path tradesSkills & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with a construction management qualification preferred- 7+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor or mission critical construction projects- Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows and cost controls- Proven record delivering fast track projects across multiple geographies- Strong command of scheduling tools, earned value reporting and contract administration- Willing to travel and work onsite across international project locations
