Our LA based client is a startup in the health & wellness space with the idea that small acts of self-care produce positive outcomes. They add flavor to women’s wellness with science-backed supplements and they're rapidly growing.

They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist who will own day-to-day management of Affiliate advertising programs. This individual will sit on the growth team, with a clear focus on performance, and will collaborate closely with the media team.

Responsibilities:

• Grow affiliate program to scale with business revenue
• Identify and conduct outreach to publishers, editors, and bloggers who are excited to promote high volumes of sales
• Develop long term strategy and tactical recommendations for existing and new products
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights for ongoing optimization
• Forecast revenue and KPI performance on a monthly basis or as needed
• Define overall process to onboard, monitor, and govern partner onboarding and campaign management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network)
• Experience working in a direct-to-consumer startup
• Strong existing relationships with brands and publishers
• Familiarity with Affiliate Networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact, etc.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis
