THE BRIEF

Off the back of their $300m Series G Funding in 2021, valuing Data Robot at $6.3bn, they were looking to rapidly scale their customer-facing data science team. We had to uncover data scientists who were passionate about using machine learning to achieve real-world results!

THE SOLUTION

We proposed a traditional contingent solution to work alongside their internal hiring team and in doing so, shortened their 6-stage interview process to 3, and completely streamlined their hiring process. We worked with them to schedule all interviews within a 7-10 day time frame which allowed for a higher probability of offer-to-acceptance. We hired over 10 people within 6 months, with a 75% success rate from hiring.
