Bolt was one of our first US based clients. They came to us whilst in ‘stealth mode’ seeking help to build their first Software Engineering, Operations, and Marketing and Sales Teams. This relationship led to years of successful placements, as they continued to scale aggressively during 2021 and 2022. We proposed a retained project to support their continuous hiring needs in 2022, and continued to introduce the top 1% of Software Engineers and Data Scientists. Using our “Scale Up” offering, which involves a fixed upfront cost and then balance on each successful hire thereafter, enabled Bolt to feel confident about achieving their goals.
