Kelly Sprow
Kelly joined Intelletec in January of 2021 as our Business and People Operations Manager and has been adding to company culture for over 3 years now. She comes from an entertainment background after living in Los Angeles for 7 years but is now our main source for streamlining workflows and implementing strategic initiatives to talent acquisition, development, and retention. She is dedicated to ensuring that the organization thrives both operationally and culturally, as well as planning all company offsites and incentive travels. Originally from South Florida, she graduated from University of Central Florida and recently moved to Nashville! Outside of work she loves to take gym classes at F45, travel, and keep her rescue dog company.
